Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday announced Thursday that Fitzroy James, Fabian Coke, Gabriel Young and Christopher Nicholas were all charged with organized retail theft, dealing in proceeds of unlawful activity, conspiracy and other related offenses.
